The return to running (and lifting) continues. Today, I warmed up with a short walk, 2x (ran 10 min, walked 2 min), ran 5 more min, then walked back to my car. I'm not sure my body will ever cooperate with another full M, but I'd like to run a 1/2 this fall, even a slow one.
