I don’t consider “gambling” on pulling hits from a overpriced/overhyped products #thehobby anymore than I consider slot machines part of it.

Hey @topps, it was a grand slam. It was not a Granny nor a Salami. Respect the game! After all, it is the only reason you exist in the first place. #thehobby #grumpyoldcardfarts

Want to bet how FOX Sports: NFL will address the unacceptable comments of their commentators on the world biggest broadcast? It’s like watching Cosell and Jimmy the Greek all over again.

I am down to one card to complete the 1984 ASA Galasso Willie Mays Set. It’s card #8. Willing to trade or buy at a reasonable price to complete my set.

The early 90’s Kellogg’s Sportflics must generate some interesting chemistry with penny sleeves. These are from different TCDb.com - Trading Card Database trades so I don’t think it’s an issue with the sleeves.

Listening to Rube and the Chief on the Glory of Their Times audio book brings this card to life for me. It’s amazing to hear someone to talk firsthand about the game of 115 years ago

Enjoying the 1975 TCMA 1950’s PCL set. I feel sorry for collectors who haven’t discovered the sets TCMA put out in the 70’s. #tcma #vintagebaseballcards
