Getting front squat numbers early this Monday morning!! Several guys in the 400s but taking the top was 10th grade RB/LB Haygen Cawthon with 5 Bills!

Our annual Christmas breakfast with football weights was a success. I love being able to do things like this for these young men. They put their heart and soul into everything we ask them to do!
