I totally agree the UK franchise for GE and Referendums should be consistent either just the citizens of the country ie Brits like in most countries or all long term residents. The Commonwealth franchise isn't logical as not even reciprocated for Brits living in most CW countries

Please note: the Conservatives For A People's Vote campaign was suspended prior to GE2019 and closed when the UK left the EU on January 31, 2020. There are no plans to relaunch the campaign unless the UK and EU are unable to reach an amicable agreement.
