The harsh winter conditions continue! Trey Lam, OCC Executive Director, gives us an up close look from Pauls Valley. The Mesonet at Pauls Valley has been down to 15 degrees actual temperature today with a wind chill of 4. Yesterday it got down to 14 with a wind chill of zero.
