It's almost 2020 and despite what you might think , wild animals are still hunted in the UK . An estimated 10,696 fox hunts happen every year - some are legal but many are not. So how is hunting still legal in the UK ?

In Northern Ireland fox hunting is legal . In England and Wales, the Hunting Act (2004) bans the chasing of wild mammals with dogs. It doesn't cover drag or trail hunting , where hounds follow an artificial scent - a loophole that is ruthlessly exploited - as you will see .
