I emailed a 5 part plan to Abe Blinken to 1. stop the fighting in Ukraine, arrange a ceasefire and separate the parties with a 50,000 peacekeeping force from non-NATO members of the UN. The ceasefire corridor would be up to 3 miles wide to separate Russian and Ukrainian soldiers.

part 2 The ceasefire would both Ukraine and Russia to cease all hostile activities from air, land and sea. The UN peacekeeping force would cover the entire length of the conflict from just east of Crimea to the Donbas region, and the land between these two points.......

...Part 3 of the ceasefire plan for Ukraine is for the UN to be able to provide food and medicine to civilians and troops on both sides....Part 4 is for both sides to agree to abide by the Geneve Convention in treating prisioners...
