I hate telling patients over 65 that muscle relaxers are not ideal, but more and more research points to cutting down and eventually getting people off zanaflex, baclofen and similar. Prescription yoga,🧘♀️ bath bombs, massages and heating pads ! #Jama Kaiser Permanente San Diego
