The real reason you're tired all the time: It's not your workload. It's your open loops. The text you haven't answered. The apology you owe. The decision you're avoiding. The conversation you keep postponing. These run in the background of your mind all day, draining your

a lot of productivity grindset mentality is: force yourself to do the thing you're avoiding, you weakling but i'm leaning into this new mindset of: do what's most alive for a while. from that place of abundance, joy, and resourcing, ask the question "what must be done"

the biggest thing Iโ€™ve noticed in my most agentic friends is that their internal questioning is never โ€œcan I do this thing,โ€ and rather: โ€œWill I do this thing? And how can I make it extremely fun?โ€

If you don't actively steer your life, comfort and normalcy will make the decisions for you. Mediocrity has a gravity that everyone succumbs to unless they are actively fighting against it day after day.

People don't realize how absurd this view actually is. A camera. On a robot. On Mars. Built by humans on a planet 140 million miles away, launched on a rocket, landed using a sky crane, and now driving across an alien desert taking pictures so detailed you can count the rocks.
