Starmer’s speech affirms my decision to not renew my Labour membership. It’s destroying Britain. It is not what Labour stands for and Reform voters despise him, so who does he expect to vote for him? Not sure what’s worse, being far right or performatively emulating them.

The government's announcement this morning was an insult to those who have made the UK their home. These migrants are not "strangers", they are our friends, neighbours and family members. It is shameful that they are being scapegoated in this way.

Keir Starmer The Spanish and the Emiratis should do the same to the British immigrants that live there. Also, English can't live in Wales unless they speak Welsh.

The people who are delighted about the new immigration rules are the same ones who'll kick up a fuss when they can't shove their elderly relative into a home because there's a shortage of care workers.
