Thank you Governor Katie Hobbs for understanding and addressing the staffing shortages at AZDPS in your budget! Much needed pay increases, additional support services for our employees and adequate uniform allowance will go a long way towards ensuring a strong DPS.

.Governor Katie Hobbs not only focuses on our pay but also makes substantial investments by updating our dilapidated offices in rural parts of the state and adds money to replace well-worn vehicles. Much work to do but Hobbs presents a way to improve working conditions and pay.
