For some artists, there are long(ish) periods where there isn't much growth (in skills, ideas ...). Then suddenly, something clicks, and there is a noticeable change that takes you up a level. This has been my experience. If you're in a lull, it could change today! Keep drawing.

OK, I am hesitant to tell anyone this but I really must: I wrote a comic. A short 7-page story in this rather exciting collection, in fact. It's about a character called Thunderbolt the Avenger (no, not those ones). It is MAD to me that I was asked but also thrilling.
