Not sure we understand the hostility here as well as implied undertone- underlined with emoji. Can you link to some positive comments in public articles about the positive steps the PRS has taken in #Nottingham through 2020? Is it all negative and disparaging, caveats don’t count

Of course we don’t condone them - in the same fashion we don’t condone abuse of public officials’ expenses. We happen to recognise that public officials add great value and we don’t need to talk about the sins of the minority...all the time. You will share sympathy on this point.

We agree entirely, thank you. There are so many good things to talk about that get overlooked. We would like to see as many unscrupulous fined and put out of business entirely but also see best practice celebrated.

Never an argument started, if you have a look and review fairly- a positivity plea. We specifically fed into the Lords to have the Tenant Fees Act drafted in such a way to prevent students getting stuck in costly ASTs... hardly shifty, yet that’s where you’re at with your view.
