Hi Glasgow City Council Help , BinHub NH02-193, the ‘general waste’ bins were emptied today but the crew left the overflow on the pavement, and returned the bin back-to-front so that it can only be used from the road. There’s also fly tipped stuff. Can you send a crew to sort? Angus Millar
