When TUD moves to Grangegorman, with Dublin 8 Liberties having only 7.8% HEA student enrollment, why will the area have 58% of Cities new mass-development/micro-unit PBSA, charging double market rate to transient international learners & tourists; making up 20% D8 population?🤔
