Preseason conditioning is cancelled for today, Thursday, January 24, 2019 due to inclement weather. Athletes interested in participating are reminded to be sure their concussion and physical information is turned in to the AD's secretary (Mrs. Layne) prior to attending.

Reminder: Preseason conditioning this Thursday, February 7th at 3:30pm. We will meet in the common area in front of the gymnasium. Must have physical turned in to participate.

REMINDER -- the final preseason conditioning session prior to tryouts next Monday will be Thursday, February 14th at 3:30 pm. We will meet in the common area outside of the main gym -- Physicals are required in order to participate.

Reminder for upperclassmen trying out for Girls Soccer that have not completed the online concussion training -- complete and turn in your online training certificate to the athletic director's secretary as soon as possible to avoid paperwork delays on the 1st day of tryouts.

Due to expected high winds, practice will be indoors today from 3:30 to 4:45 in the main gym. We will then hand out uniforms, go over some details for tomorrow's scrimmage and complete a short session with the trainer at 5:30 pm
