Too slippy to run so a cold and foggy 4.6km walk it was, then took the boys out 🐶🐶, now coffee ☕️

Completed my longest run ever today. Had to be steady due to it being very icy and muddy. Lovely and sunny though. 12.6km 👍🏃‍♀️

10km Easter Egg Run 🐣👍🏃‍♀️ at Chasewater. Thoroughly enjoyed it 😁

So proud of myself for completing the Cathedral to Castle 10 mile run 👍🏃‍♀️. Really enjoyed it apart from the headwind 🌬 🏃‍♀️👍💪

Really couldn't be bothered today, but made myself go to Park Run. Thoroughly enjoyed it, the sun was shining and there was less mud 😂🙈 So glad I did it now 👏💪☀️👍🏃‍♀️

Advance warning of #Abnormal Load being moved on Saturday 11th May from #Stafford. Weston Road. Beaconside and the A34 through #Stone to #Trentham It is larger than the usual one and will cause delays. On Sunday 12th May it will continue through #Newcastle on the usual route
