One of the most challenging parts of adult life is that there are no breaks. You literally just have to keep going. You can have a rough weekend, but you still have to show up at work on Monday, no matter your mood or what you’re dealing with. You just have to keep going.

Anyone else stuck in this weird cycle where work is so exhausting that your hobbies feel like too much work, so you don’t do them, and then you go back to work upset that you didn’t take time to do the things you enjoy?

I always have the worst things to say about men, but if there’s one thing I’ll give them credit for, is their ability to not centre their whole lives around relationships. Those people know how to prioritise themselves.

Guys, honestly speaking, what are we actually planning to do with this life besides waking up every day just to go sit in an office? Because this cannot be it😭😭😭

It’s annoying that we realize children need a summer break and several vacations a year because they attend school, but we think it makes sense for adults to work 40 hours a week all year and probably get 2–3 weeks off in a whole year if you’re lucky.

At a point in life where I understand why people take a week off work just to stay home.

Barbados need to turn 2 of these hotels them building into hospitals

Unpopular opinion: doing absolutely nothing at work is more draining mentally than being busy at work.
