HOMELESS MISSION #Charlotte #NC Army vet Michael is homeless. VA reduced his disability last Dec, this vet lost his job and has been homeless.  Just was approved for HUD/VASH but they do not assist with first months rent , last months rent, security deposit or utility hook up.
