Today is the first day in most of our lives that expanded transit is on the ballot in Cobb County. MSPLOST is the final question on the ballot and if it passes, will fund expanded transit services in Cobb County for the next 30 years. Let’s do this, Cobb! #TransitAtLast

Our only solution as Cobb County continues to grow is to build infrastructure that takes cars off the road. Regional BRT for longer trips/commutes Local buses that connect every Cobb City Microtransit and bike lanes for neighborhood-level trips Let’s make it happen!

Just think about how far $11 billion could go in building a regional rail network. It’s so frustrating seeing GDOT continue to spend billions on roads while neglecting transit.

Can the suburbs be fixed? YOU BET!

Cobb County voters are being sent a lot of mailers and text with misinformation about MSPLOST. It’s important that you speak to your neighbors and colleagues and tell them why you support more transit!

The new microtransit pilot launched in Cobb County yesterday! We rode it a few times and a $2.50 trip replaced what would have been a $20 trip on Uber. This could be gamechanging for suburban transit: 1. Connects riders to fixed transit routes 2. Door to door transit rides

It’s no secret that the MSPLOST voting results were a huge disappointment, but it came as no surprise. It’s hard to get an electorate to support a long-term tax increase for a service very few use in such a short time frame. Our work continues. Transit will continue to expand.
