Our Calvert Hall College Track & Field team competed in the New Balance Nationals this weekend with our 4x800 relay team finishing in 5th place, earning them All America status and their time is now the 5th fastest in Maryland State History!

With a higher effort level, accuracy goes down. You'll launch balls in the cage, but game hitting is a whole different ball game. We need short, direct swings that compress the baseball. High-effort, long, draggy swings don't play in the game.
