I say “I love this team” every year and I always mean it! I have watched several of these kids grow up from tiny swimmers on the summer swim team to the wonderful young men and women they are today. What a privilege it is to be their coach! It’s going to be a great season💙🧡

Congrats to the Boys 200 Free Relay for qualifying for States and to Ryan for qualifying in the 100 Back! Boys beat Handley, Appomattox, and Strasburg and the girls beat Appomattox and Handley. The coaches are proud of everyone!!

The pool was alive with so much cheering this evening. It is safe to say that we will all be losing our voices after cheering each other on so much. The coaches are so proud of the effort left in the pool by all swimmers!!!

I think the swimmers enjoyed the book just as much, or more than the 1st graders did🤣

And we are off to Richmond… with a pit stop for a swim session at the WARF. It’s going to be a whirlwind 2 days, but we have a bus full of excited swimmers!
