While FinCEN has not placed an alert on their main FinCEN BOI website that the CTA injunction is now back in effect, if you go to the filing website, it is up there. Of course, they are appealing again. Small biz needs certainty. This whole situation has been absurd and evil.

We have just over 3 weeks before millions of small businesses are forced to register w financial crimes enforcement or face jail time + penalties reaching close to $600/day. We need congress, Treasury or President Donald J. Trump to kill the CTA BOI reporting immediately for the economy’s backbone

Glad to see more voices discovering the anti-small biz atrocity of CTA BOI. Killing it would be a win for small biz, deregulation and America. We have just about 3 weeks left before fines including JAIL time and ~$600/day kick in. Spread the word!
