Years ago, I saw this quote & realized my ‘why.’ “Coaching is a profession of 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚. You can’t coach someone 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙 unless they know that you 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 them.” While my love for this game runs deep, my love for the people I get to watch grow, runs deeper. That’s all.
