There are 48 days until Sat, Oct 28. There will be no magic workouts in the next 48 days, but you can make a small step towards having a great race each day. - Run hard when you're asked to - Do all the "little" things that aren't as fun as running - Prioritize sleep Let's go!

My wife’s birthday week was also our homecoming weekend, athletes on the team made her a cake, she ran in our 5k because she is an absolute rockstar, I am married to an absolute rockstar!

Jacob Smith had a huge day at New England Championships, leading both the Men’s DMR and 4x400 to new school records. 1:56.91 in the 800 leg of the DMR and 51.2 in the 4x4, he’s locked and loaded for the outdoor season!

Amaris Goodwin broke 3 school records on Sunday at New England Championships. Breaking both of her own individual records she ran 8.00 in the 60m and 26.11 in the 200m. With her 25.70 on the anchor of the women’s 4x200 she helped break a 14 year old school record in that race!
