11. Actively seek out challenges

Same as every year as a HC, the hardest part of the job is telling high quality young women that, unfortunately, they will not be a part of program. I know it’s all part of the process but it never gets easier.

Believe me when I say that I place a higher value on player/personal development than wins.

You can’t lie to the person in the mirror, they know all your truths.

What an absolute pleasure and honor it was to coach this incredible group of girls. I have to say that I prefer coaching for them and not against them. Monmouth County breaks the streak the claims the bragging rights for a year!
