If the goal is for our students to engage in critical thinking, do we encourage that among our teachers? Do we value questioning and discussions that challenge the status quo? We must. This is my goal for my teachers and educators. We should value this like other industries do.

2nd-grade had a very productive day today! We mapped out grammar, social studies, the first 20 days, and they wrote lesson plans for the first 2 weeks of school! Copies are made and now they can relax! They were so engaged that I just let them do their thing! Go, team, go! 💚🙌🏻
