‼️New School Record‼️ ✖️✌🏻 Gianna Lickel broke ANOTHER school record this season. She now holds the Career Stolen Base Record with 61 stolen bases during her high school career. Impressed yet? Gianna didn’t have a freshman season because of COVID. She still set a career high.
Congratulations to Maggie Orth who was awarded All-EKL Honorable Mention Catcher. Maggie was behind the plate 138 innings, caught 2,200+ pitches, only allowed 7 passed balls, committed only 1 error, had 75 put outs & led the team in doubles. Reminder: she’s only a freshman.
Congratulations to Myah Price for receiving the honor of All-EKL Second Team Outfielder. Offensively, Myah was a difference maker slugging .545 with 17 singles, 6 doubles, 1 triple, 1 home run and 12 RBIs and averaging .379. Expect big things for this upcoming senior!
Congratulations to Gianna Lickel for winning All-EKL First Team Infield. Gianna broke school records in both season and career stolen bases, had 31 hits including 20(1B), 5(2B), 4(3B), 2(HR), 21 RBIs. She also had 44 POs. There’s big shoes to fill as she heads to Kansas City Softball.

Another great WaCKy WeDNeSDaY with Avery Seeling once again bringing her a-game, but the senior may be passing the torch to Stella Gansen! So blessed to have the best girls who give SJA softball their all!
