Some firm but fair conversations being had w' coaches, parents, TD"s ED's & sport organization admin (*same people / marginally different roles) in the name of advancing quality sport. Common theme? ⬇️ Same message ➡️ participants 1st.

Ask yourself this question football. How are examples like this doing for your game? a) participation / growth is off the charts = continue b) participation / growth dwindling = pivot. Immediately
