🚨REALITY🚨 We make it clear that doing track and club/AAU sport at same time isn’t ideal for growth. If you CHOOSE to play after a meet/practice and lie about it, do you. However: if times aren’t improving or you start to nagging pains, this is what we advised against🤷🏿‍♂️
