I tell our kids all the time “I don’t feel like” gets you LOSSES!! The attitude has to become “I GET to do this”!!! It’s not just players though. Coaches must take this approach also otherwise “I don’t feel like” means you’re not giving the kids what they deserve!! “I GET TO!!!!”
