Great day at CR Prairie today. Highlights were Ernst and Belken double placing in shot and discus, shuttle hurdle improving by 1.5 seconds in placing 3rd, S Thomas running 15.09 and placing 3rd in 110hh, 4x800 winning improving by 2 secs, and T Allard winning HJ. #NSTF

Great night at the CR Prairie Relays. NS Boys performed well, setting several season and career PR’s. But, the best part of the night was sharing it with my grandson!!

Great job tonight by the North Scott Boys Varsity Track Team in earning a 3rd place finish at the MAC conference meet! Our freshmen/sophomores placed 5th at conference and also did a great job! We had 2 conference champions and lot’s of PR’s! Very proud of everyone!!

So proud of all these guys! It was a great night and is going to be a great week in Des Moines at the state track meet!

We talk to our track athletes all year about how important it is to finish races strong. What Spencer did at districts exemplifies that! He fell and had the instincts to bounce right up and not quit. That was the difference in that relay making it to state!

Had a great week demonstrating Track & Field to these future Lancers at Kids Camp. They were so fun and worked real hard all week. Hope to see all of them when they are at the high school in T&F. #NSTF

Here are results from our first Speed day. We had an awesome turnout with 24 boys getting faster! Always room for more athletes, so come join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30 in the weight room. #NSTF #speedkills
