So....I turned 50 today. Other than the AARP notice I got in the mail, I don't feel any different than when I turned 40 🤣. Age is just a number - I'm young at heart (thanks to all those years of coaching) and I'm in the best shape since high school. So, tonight I celebrate!!!

Bittersweet moment - dropped off my son John Addison and best friend at college today. I know he is going to do amazing things at MTSU, but man I am going to miss him like crazy.

Had an amazing time with my wife and son John Addison in Tennessee this past weekend at the MTSU Family Weekend. We miss him everyday, but he is doing really well and following his dreams. Can't wait til he comes home for Thanksgiving. Love you buddy!!!
