“Motivation Monday”….I write this with a heavy heart as my nephew was seriously injured in a car accident. He was in a coma for a few weeks and opened his eyes this past week. It will be a long journey and I ask for prayers for him and his family. FAITH❤️FAMILY❤️FRIENDS❤️

I also like this drill- it includes conditioning shooting- 2:30 min-30 sec-5 spots - if you miss you sprint to half ct (go both ends)losers run!
