The @therabody @TherabodyHelp Team Therabody customer experience is literally the WORST! Paid $1,300 for boots that the ZIPPER broke in less than 40 days. Sent the boots back…been almost a MONTH & still NO replacement. Can’t get anyone besides entry level people on the phone.

If you can’t bring the same energy , passion and focus everyday for your players you shouldn’t coach or train! Can’t expect your players to do things you don’t do yourself! Players respond to consistency, so you must be consistent as a trainer / coach

I’m listening to a mother at a game tonight and she is horrible. Badmouthing the players & coaches and cursing at the officials. LOUDLY. Only cheering for HER daughter. I will NEVER recruit your daughter. Neither will other coaches if you are part of her baggage. #bebetter

Sad to see all the gas these kids get from people who don’t know anything. These kids need people who actually know to be honest with them. That’s what “helping them” looks like; not the false hype by 🤡s that will leave them wondering what happened when it comes $$$ time.

Defense is still important! Great for these young kids to see that = a W bc the other team was a HOT MESS.

💯💯 No one cares that you played “pro overseas” or at ______ college in 1982. 99% of the “pros” use coaching/training as a side hustle. & that’s what they are doing…hustling people out of their money not teaching these kids ANYTHING.
