Always nice to get out on the lake for an afternoon after an early morning conditioning session! ☀️ As always, a big thank you to Dr. Harstine for taking us out on the lake!

Finished up today our ALL IN week doing the Miami Heat conditioning test&then our tradition of running “The Hill”. More than anything “The Hill” which represents the climb of the season&we can’t go at it alone so we climb together w/arms locked to signify together we climb as 1!

Super fun night Christi and I had with our 3 seniors at Lake Michigan before the rest of the team arrives tomorrow for a fun weekend! Great dinner and always ice cream! Love these 3 and all they have done already for our program! They aren’t done yet! ❤️❤️❤️
