Had the honor of catering a great couple's wedding this evening. 35lbs brisket, 35lbs pork, 30lbs cheesy tater, 5 gal smoked bean, 2.5 gal peener dip, 2 gal slaw, and 4lbs sausage. The potatoes alone account for 25,720 calories, 2,420 carbs, 2,294 fats, and a dose of happiness.
