Sneak peek of an amazing item from our "Meck Dec 250" exhibit, opening May 20. This is the first standalone printing of the Meck Dec, from 1826. Only 6 other copies are known to exist. Thanks, UNC Charlotte Atkins Library, for loaning this important artifact. @themecdec #clt #clthistory #mecdec
