Today, I did not vote in favour of replacing the Giant Goram pub with more homes and a micro pub. While I usually am always in favour of more homes and there were parts of the proposal that did seem reasonable, those homes must have the necessary infrastructure to support them.

I’m a big advocate for mindfulness. Whilst it won’t solve all of your problems, if you find yourself often overwhelmed with intense emotions, it’s a great first step to learning how to manage them. Ideally, practices such as this would be more accessible through NHS provided
