At 19:20, we were called to attend a fire at a school on Ringwood Road, #Eastbourne. Firefighters from Seaford, Hailsham, Heathfield, Bexhill & Bohemia Road are currently in attendance. Crews are using 2 Breathing Apparatus, 1 Hose Reel Jet & 1 Hydrant to extinguish the fire.

Update (20:43)- We now have firefighters from Newhaven and Eastbourne on scene. Crews are using 8 Breathing Apparatus, 3 Hose Reel Jets & 1 main jet to extinguish the fire. Please avoid the area.
