CLL are completing CFA secant wall piles for Farmers Tauranga on Elizabeth St. Pile depths range from 9.5-25.5m and all piles are 750dia. Concrete volumess are 273m3 per day = 69 concrete trucks in one day!

CLL's newest member to the fleet is the Leibherr LRB-18. This machine has the ability to install CFA, sheet piles, RAPs, impact hammer, DTH, displacement piles, double rotary; a very versatile tooling carrier. In January 2020 CLL will welcome to Leibherr LRB-355!

CLL completed a job at 215 Shakespeare Rd, Auckland on behalf of Bufton Construction. The works comprised of installing fibre rod soil nails with rockfall mesh after excavation was complete.

CLL completed the expansion at the Rosedale Waste Water Treatment Plant. Which required the saturated ground to be improved prior to the construction of the new thermal hydrolysis plant.

CLL completed a job at St Georges Road on behalf of Kalmar Construction. The job consisted of doing three ground improvement platforms using Geopier GP3 RAP technology.

CLL's specialised low headroom drill rig GEAX Piling Rigs XD8 Micro piling. CLL is very experienced in limited access piling, working behind buildings, on the top of cliffs, down gullies, in basements etc.

CLL were engaged to install over 200No, 9m Long Soil Nails. CLL were able to work in with the client and find a gap in the building construction programme to utilise CLL's Teleboom Rig from within the building footprint, therefore, reducing the duration and cost of soil nails

The CLL crew going well at Fanshawe St. CLL works so far have included raked piles going in at a 55 degree angle with approximately 15 lm of casing and a drill depth of 19m, installing 300 sheet piles/casings and 40no reinforced concrete piles.

CLL have completed modifications to a hyundai R145 to adapt the machine into a pedestal rig allowing the machine to carry the 450 down the hole hammers. Great work from the CLL team that worked many hours to achieve this

CLL completed CFA piling for the Tauranga crossing project. Works included 87 no 600 dia 12.5m deep CFA Soldier piles drilled with CLL's LB24 in 9 days. These piles formed a soldier pile retaining wall. 250m of ground beams were installed.

CLL completed piling works for the new buffer piles at the entrance to the dry dock on behalf of Total Marine at Lyttelton Port. CLL completed 4x 800dia piles in water 7m deep, silt 5m deep & 5m into bedrock. Works completed with Bulroc 800dia DTH on SR-45 drill rig off a barge
