I applaud the courageous decision of workers at The Cliffs Climbing to pursue collective bargaining! Unions are one of the most important resources available to working people, providing employees with a voice in their health, safety, wages, and discrimination protections.

I hope the company engages in good faith during the organizing process. The dramatic rise in anti-union activity we've seen across the country is not only illegal in many cases but deeply troubling. All workers have the right to unionize and fight for a better workplace!
