As part of an Inter Ministerial Group on Tackling Loneliness, Minister Stuart Andrew met with Louisa Foyle and Victoria Odude from the Partnership4YoungLondon Pan London Children in Care Council They spoke about care leavers facing a greater risk of loneliness and advice on how to tackle it
