Protecting our employees' mental peace and teaching them ways to be resillient and have true enlightement is the greatest gift we can provide them. We have partnered with our friends from medikea a healthtech startup offering access to licensed psychologists

Through this partnership, our team can receive mental health coaching, regular check ins, and early screening to support those who may be struggling.

What started with just 3 employees in a small office has now grown into a team of over 120 people who wake up every day with one shared dream: to make medicines accessible across Tanzania.

Along the way, we’ve had to pivot, adjusting our model to meet market realities, surviving tough financial conditions, and innovating new products to fit what our customers truly need.

The Impact & Vision: Creating the future of healthcare. So far, we’ve delivered over $15 million worth of medicines and served more than 3,500 health facilities across Tanzania, from city hospitals to the most rural clinics.
