Athletes: you no longer have to prove the source of contamination after a +ve.

Just give a plausible excuse.

🅲🅻🅴🅰🅽🆂 Two more cases to be appealed by WADA. The Spanish Government is jumping over the WADC regarding ABP adverse findings since 2018/2019 without consequences (low-profile cyclist Ibai Salas was brought in front of CAS in 2019 but nothing else).
