This vote is a chance for us to become a single union of 48,000 workers and achieve what we set out to accomplish in 2005 when @uaw2865 began helping post docs organize. Get the facts, then get out there and vote in the Amalgamation Referendum Oct. 10-20th!

Yes exactly! Strike for six weeks until you’ve extracted what you can, settle an agreement and send it to the members informing everyone of its merits, and settle before the other units to allow for effective patterning! Congrats to the workers at Ford!
