The Femicide Census’s new report 2000 Women has made the Guardian’s front page today! And that’s despite it hardly being a quiet news day in terms of globally significant doom.

“This is a 2,000 women line in the sand,” said Femicide Census cofounder Clarrie O’Callaghan.”This Labour gvt has committed to halve violence against women. The data is here, we know what the issues are. Now is the time not only to tackle male violence against women, but end it.”
