More students in the system provides opportunity for innovative placements. I’d definitely recommend other therapy leaders to try this model

Stepping back into student education in my leadership role was the best decision! Providing alternative placements that offer insight into clinical and operational leadership help to prepare our students to think strategically and give them insight no other placement can offer!
