Observed a busy waiting room clearing when the waiting time was announced as 6 hrs due to very ill patients. If you're not sick enough to stay, you shouldn't have come to A&E. There are other routes for help & if you over drink,sleep it off in your own livingroom NHS Forth Valley

Another A&E visit this morning & treated brilliantly despite the number of people in dept. ANP respectful, listened,thorough, efficient & shared his plan with me, so too did Surgical Reg - pains bad but glad I had you guys looking after me NHS Forth Valley Home with plan 👏

Today marks how far I have come in 3 years - legally separated, Almost finished my MSc, girls Holiday, owning my own home, new ring (wedding/engagemeng gone) & first draft of my finals resource being proofread. I am proud of me - a single, partially sighted, student mum!
