This week, the practical cycling exam kicked off for students in Gemeente Rotterdam. 1,700 children from 40 schools will participate. Following an in-class portion, the 12-year-olds undertake a test on their neighborhood streets, in pursuit of a coveted diploma. rotterdam.nl/nieuws/fietsex…
